  • How do I reset a member's points balance?

    Open the member in the Loyco dashboard, go to the Points tab, and choose Adjust balance. Adjustments are logged for audit.

  • Can I run multiple loyalty programs in parallel?

    Yes. Each brand or property can run its own program with separate rules, tiers, and rewards under one Loyco account.

  • Where do I report a bug or outage?

    For urgent issues, email support@loyco.no with the property name, time, and a short description. For non-urgent issues, use the chat above.
