Loyco’s Shopify integration allows you to connect your loyalty program directly to your online store. It is built to provide a consistent membership experience where customers can easily view their benefits, register, and redeem bonuses as part of the normal shopping process. The integration is customized for retailers that want a unified loyalty system across both online and physical stores.

Customer Journey and Features

1. Loyalty Program Promotion on Product Pages

On product pages, customers are informed about how many bonus points they can earn on a purchase and any available bonus balance.

  • When not logged in, customers are encouraged to join the loyalty program, often with a joining incentive (e.g., welcome bonus or discount).
  • Clicking the loyalty prompt sends customers to the sign-up page, which is integrated into the Shopify account section.

2. Integrated Member Registration and Account Profile

Customers register or log in via a dedicated member profile, which is part of the existing Shopify account system.

  • The member profile displays bonus balance, transaction history, and any active gift cards.
  • Customers can update personal information and communication preferences.
  • Purchases made online and in physical stores (if connected via POS) are combined into one profile.

3. Redeeming Bonuses from Product Pages

Bonus point redemption is available directly on product pages and registered inside the shopping cart:

  • Customers can activate available bonuses or gift cards before checkout.
  • Activated rewards reduce the order total as a discount when the cart is updated.
