- When not logged in, customers are encouraged to join the loyalty program, often with a joining incentive (e.g., welcome bonus or discount).
- Clicking the loyalty prompt sends customers to the sign-up page, which is integrated into the Shopify account section.

Customers register or log in via a dedicated member profile, which is part of the existing Shopify account system.
- The member profile displays bonus balance, transaction history, and any active gift cards.
- Customers can update personal information and communication preferences.
- Purchases made online and in physical stores (if connected via POS) are combined into one profile.

3. Redeeming Bonuses from Product Pages
Bonus point redemption is available directly on product pages and registered inside the shopping cart:
- Customers can activate available bonuses or gift cards before checkout.
- Activated rewards reduce the order total as a discount when the cart is updated.
