Loyco’s software is integrated with Sky Labs. When Loyco fully acquired Sky Labs in 2024, this enabled Loyco to expand its offering by including Sky Labs’ solutions as an additional feature in its loyalty platform. The integration will make it even easier for businesses, particularly in the hotel industry, to collect data and engage their customers.
Sky Labs was established in Trondheim in 2009 and has consistently been a technology company specializing in solutions for data collection and guest networks. Over the years, they have built a strong client base, including several well-known organizations from both the public and private sectors.
Since its inception, Sky Labs has worked strategically to become a leader in WiFi solutions. They offer a specialized service for guest networks, allowing visitors to easily connect to the internet through a secure and user-friendly interface. The result is a seamless and safe online experience for users, while businesses gain access to anonymized statistics and valuable insights—all in full compliance with GDPR.
The acquisition of Sky Labs enables Loyco to expand its offering by including Sky Labs’ solutions as an optional add-on to its loyalty platform.
The integration with Sky Labs enables data collection when a customer or guest connects to the Sky Labs-provided WiFi solution at your premises—whether it's a restaurant, hotel, or another type of business. The system gathers data on behavior, visit frequency, and location, among other metrics. This information is compiled into a dashboard, allowing you to easily view visitor statistics. In addition, access to this data provides the insights needed to offer relevant benefits, send tailored newsletters, and present targeted offers—all delivered through Loyco’s loyalty platform.
The integration between Loyco and Sky Labs is designed to strengthen the connection with your guests and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Want to learn more about how the integration can benefit you? Get in touch with us here.
With Loyco’s integration for Front Systems, retailers can manage loyalty programs and digital gift cards directly from the in-store checkout, while ensuring a unified experience across all channels.
